and automatically sent out to participants
after the meeting concludes.
Once you click "Start This Meeting," you can use the agenda document to keep meeting notes (which will be emailed to all the participants after the meeting ends).
One of the biggest frustrations about meetings is how action items so often get dropped. MeetingCaptain fixes this problem by letting anyone attach Action Items to the meeting.
Each action item consists of an action, a person responsible, and a deadline. These action items are kept as a permanent part of the meeting log, along with its status.
